General Refund Policy

EmeraldBabe offers digital services that are activated immediately upon payment. Because access to our platform features is granted instantly, we do not offer refunds on completed subscription payments under normal circumstances.

This applies to all paid plans including Premium memberships and advertiser listing packages.

Exceptions — When We Do Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same subscription period (duplicate charge).
  • You were charged after successfully cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You experienced a technical failure that prevented access to paid features for more than 72 consecutive hours, and you contacted our support team during that period.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated by EmeraldBabe without valid reason under these Terms of Service.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You did not use the features included in your plan during the paid period.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or content guidelines.
  • You purchased a listing package and your profile was rejected due to non-compliant content.
  • Partial refunds for unused days remaining in a billing period will not be issued.

Advertiser Listing Packages

Advertiser packages (Standard, Featured, Agency) are non-refundable once the listing review process has begun, regardless of whether the profile is approved or rejected.

If your profile is rejected due to a guideline violation, no refund will be issued. If your profile is rejected due to a technical error on our part, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again after cancellation.
  • No refund is issued for the remainder of the current period.

To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellations take effect immediately and are confirmed by email.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, email [email protected] with:

  • Your registered email address
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • Your order or transaction ID (found in your billing confirmation email)
  • A brief description of the issue

Valid refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
