We are not an escort agency. We do not employ, manage, or represent any companion listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

4. User Conduct

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission.
• Attempt to circumvent our security or authentication systems.
• Create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself in any listing.

5. Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers who post profiles on EmeraldBabe accept sole responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of their content. By submitting a listing, the advertiser confirms that:

• All individuals depicted or described in the listing are above 18 years of age and have provided consent.
• All claims made in the listing are truthful and not misleading.
• The listing does not contain illegal content under applicable Indian law.

EmeraldBabe reserves the right to remove any listing at any time, without notice, for any reason including but not limited to guideline violations, legal compliance, or reputational risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All design elements, code, text, branding, and visual assets of EmeraldBabe.com are the exclusive property of EmeraldBabe. Advertiser-submitted content remains the property of the advertiser. By submitting content, advertisers grant EmeraldBabe a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.

7. Disclaimers

EmeraldBabe provides its platform "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform.

EmeraldBabe does not endorse, recommend, or take responsibility for any companion or service advertised on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmeraldBabe's total liability to any user or advertiser for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by that party to EmeraldBabe in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
